Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a mid to Senior level Customer Service Representative. This role is pivotal in providing top-notch Customer Service and support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining the company's positive image.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries through various channels including phone, email, live chat, or social media, ensuring a positive customer experience with timely, accurate, and friendly responses.
- Efficiently address and resolve customer issues, complaints, and queries to ensure satisfaction and maintain loyalty, including follow-up to verify resolution.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s products or services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Collect and relay customer feedback on products and services to the appropriate departments to aid in product and service improvement efforts.
- Support sales initiatives by identifying potential sales opportunities during customer interactions and providing assistance to the sales team as necessary.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints, and provide regular reports to management on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma required; a degree in communication, marketing, or related field is a plus. Previous experience in Customer Service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
- Comfortable using Customer Service software, databases, and tools. Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is a plus.
- Strong team collaboration skills, with a willingness to participate in marketing initiatives and content creation.
- Ability to quickly assess customer problems and find effective solutions.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to adapt to changes in products, technology, and procedures.
