The Role
- Build relationships with clients/stakeholders
- Answer inbound/outbound calls from customers
- Deliver exceptional Customer service to achieve satisfactory outcomes
- Perform administrative tasks and enter data as required
- Maintain customer database
- Proficient computer and organizational skills
- Results Driven
- Ability to multitask
- Good attention to detail
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated with the ability to work in a team/independently
- Ability to liaise with external stakeholders in a professional and confident manner
- Well-spoken with a good phone manner
- Strong data entry and administration skills
- Must have 2+ years experience within a Call Centre environment.
- Permanent resident/Citizen only
- ASAP start
