About Client
This client is one of Australia’s largest window manufacturers, supplying to products the building industry. They work closely with their customers to provide the best solutions for their customers’ homes.
About the Role
The aim of this role is to exceed the company’s customer base and internal stakeholder’s expectations by providing outstanding Customer Service and follow-up with clear and concise information. This will ensure the best outcome for our customers and the overall business while exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).
- Follow up of customer related inquiries
- Work to resolve any customer queries and escalate to the Team Leader if required.
- Actively promote company value proposition in the market.
- Process Quotes
- Process Sales Orders
- Process service Orders
- Process credits and debits.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, full-time temp role till the end of the year.
Qualifications & Experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Admin experience preferred.
- Excellent and previous Customer Service experience in a similar industry.
- Ability to read and interpret building plans.
- Computer literate in SAP or an equivalent system.
- Knowledge of the following applications: Outlook, Excel & Word.
- Understanding & knowledge of a manufacturing environment.
