About The Role
As a Customer Service Representative / Sales Representative you will be joining a close knit team responsible for identifying new business opportunities from inbound sales inquiries (Website leads, inbound calls, email inquiries) and Outbound activities (Enquiry follow-ups, outbound calls, emails).
You will be familiar with working in a busy environment and enjoy building relationships with your customers. There is a well thought out onboarding and training plan within the business that's allowed many to flourish and grow with the company over the years. Progression is a priority for employees, and candidates can look towards becoming an Account Manager, or Business Development Manager as they grow within the business.
Responsibilities
- Answer inbound calls & inquiries on solutions offered
- Identify new sales opportunities through warm leads, email campaigns, and outbound calls.
- Up-sell & Cross-sell products and/or services
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on outbound campaigns.
- Maintain excellent CRM hygiene

About You
- Have experience working in inbound sales or outbound sales or Customer Service
- Contact Centre / Call Centre experience is a bonus!
- Have a history of exceeding targets
- Are passionate about technology.
- Work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Have valid working rights in Australia
