An exciting opportunity is available for a Customer Service Representative to work in our customer happiness team based in Western Sydney.
This role aims to deliver a high level of service by:
- Solving problems;
- Working towards a resolution that meets customer expectations;
- Ultimately, providing phenomenal Customer Service.
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be expected to work a 40-hour week, days of operation - Monday to Sunday. This position will cover rotating shifts within the hours of 8:30am – 10pm. Annual Salary plus Super, paid monthly. Annual salary plus super, paid monthly.

Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times;
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries;
- Communicating with customers through various channels;
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints via a defined complaints process;
- Learning and maintaining knowledge of constantly evolving MATE products and services;
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints;
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary;
- Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing professional customer support.
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Be able to work 40-hour weeks on rotating shifts, must include either Saturday or Sunday;
- Ability to stay calm under pressure;
- Fluent in English and comfortable using computers;
- Present professionally with respect to clothing, personal hygiene and appearance;
- Experience working in a call center environment is preferable;
- Training is provided, and previous experience in technical support is not required.
