In your role as the Customer Service Representative, you will report to a knowledgeable and supportive Operations Manager. As the primary point of contact for your valued customers, providing exceptional service is key, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
Your Main Duties:
- Order processing via telephone and email
- Handling customer escalations
- Answering customer enquiries in a timely manner
- Facilitating logistics and distribution requirements
- Offering support and educating existing customers
- Data entry and administration duties

About You:
- Experience in a similar Customer Service / Order Processing role
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
