The Opportunity
Reporting to Team Leader - Order Management, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team!

Allegion takes customer care seriously. The Customer Service team plays a pivotal role in providing service excellence across our business and strives to meet the ever-changing needs of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing of daily orders received via email and or EDI (minimum of 100 per day)
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and efficiently.
- Provide pricing, stock on hand and delivery information.
- Retain product knowledge on a large extensive range.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with other departments for order completion.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
- Record and maintains details of all changes related to purchase orders.
- Ensure data entered into the ERP system matches the customer purchase order to maintain a low error rate and minimize customer credits due to data entry error.
What We're Looking For?
- At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service within the manufacturing / wholesale industry
- Knowledge of the building industry (door hardware) is advantageous.
- Experience with Movex, SAP, CRM platforms preferred.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Accurate data entry skills essential, with an error rate of less than 1% - 2%
- A can-do attitude with exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Customer-centric mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Background in Customer Service is a strong advantage.
- Desire to exceed expectations and deliver outstanding Customer Service.
- Proactive and self-driven nature.
