We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Customer Service Representative to join our team.
Qualifications & experience
- Education: Minimum qualification of Year 12 with sound results or equivalent. Certificates in Customer Service or related fields are highly regarded.
- Customer Service Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and proactive nature, ensuring excellent customer interactions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of addressing customer needs and documenting interactions effectively.
- Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) with strong general computer skills.
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and maintain attention to detail.
- Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in telecommunications, is advantageous but not essential.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Customer Service: Provide excellent Customer Service, both verbally and in writing, to address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- CRM Management: Manage our CRM system (Zoho experience advantageous) to ensure all customer information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Parts Order Management: Understand and manage parts ordering, receiving, and management procedures to ensure timely delivery and accurate inventory.
- Team Coordination: Manage team diaries and schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- General Administration: Perform general administrative duties, including managing correspondence, filing, and handling office supplies.
- Telecommunications Knowledge: Understand and use telecommunications terms appropriately to assist customers and support the team.
