The Role
Our Customer Service Representatives connect The Collagen Co. with our customers, team, and external stakeholders. They give top-tier Customer Service by being attentive listeners and empathetic communicators with a knack for problem-solving. Tackling a high volume of enquiries across various customer platforms, they offer insightful advice on products, fielding general health and nutrition questions, navigating through order requests and complaints with finesse.
But it doesn't stop there – always on the lookout for trends and sharing insights, collaborating seamlessly with our Warehouse, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to ensure every customer journey is nothing short of extraordinary. Our heroes behind the scenes, weaving together the threads of exceptional service and collaborative innovation that supports the growth of The Collagen Co. brand.
The Person
Innovative: Problem solver who thinks outside the box and goes the extra mile to provide exceptional customer support.
Skills: Background, experience or industry knowledge in health or nutrition-related fields.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using platforms like Shopify, Gorgias, CRM’s, and G Suite.
Experience: Previous roles in customer support within fast-growing e-commerce brands, showcasing adaptability and resilience.
Infectious Glow: Radiates optimism, respect, and vibrancy, coupled with a passion for health and beauty.
