Customer Service Representative
Your new company
You'll be working for one of Australia's trusted logistics and freight management solutions providers since the late 90s. Today, they are currently one of the nation's fastest growing logistics specialists, supporting close to 100 leading brands across multiple sectors, through Australia and other international countries.
Your new role
- Dealing with a range of customers, couriers, and key stakeholders, which combines a few inbound and outbound calls as well as significant email communication.
- Provide regular informative updates for all open enquiries.
- Investigate issues and promptly escalate and collaborate with the Customer Service Management and Account Management team to proactively resolve freight issues.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in freight & logistics is highly desirable.
- Previous Customer Service experience
- A bubbly personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong computer skills, including multiscreen navigation
- Salesforce preferred but not essential
