Job description:
About The Role
Your day will fly by as you
- Answer sales calls
- Process customer's orders, pricing, delivery requests and other enquiries
- Meet and greet in the showroom
- Develop a genuine understanding of our customers' needs to assist with product selection
- Prepare customised quotations and promote our extensive range of high end products
- Maintain showroom displays & brochure replenishments
- Promote good relations with customers and prospective customers
- Provide advice on planning, installation and operation of our quality products
- Support our external sales team
Profile description:
We Are Seeking
- An enthusiastic, friendly team player
- An energetic individual providing exceptional face-to-face Customer Service & support
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional telephone etiquette
- Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
- A background in hardware, cabinetmaking or joinery would be ideal, but not essential
- Attention to detail, self-motivated and confident
- Previous experience with SAP will be a benefit but not a necessity
- Full working rights in Australia
