Truganina based business, W R & D Wells Pty Ltd (Part of Danish owned Vikan group), is seeking a passionate and a result driven person in a full-time capacity here in our fun, dynamic and energised office. This exciting role is at the centre of what our company is known for – strong customer relationships and the delivery of the best customer care in our industry.
This role is vital within our team and requires someone who likes dealing with people, enjoys becoming a product expert and is well organised. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Customer Service / Representative to grow their career in providing office and administration support for a growing and vibrant importing company.

Here's what your day might entail as our Customer Service Representative:
Answering phone calls in a professional and timely manner;
- Handle client queries and provide excellent Customer Service via phone and email;
- Accurate data inputting in relation to purchase orders;
- Greeting and directing internal and external visitors;
- Liaise effectively with all staff and clients (development of your product range knowledge);
- Managing a high volume of daily correspondence;
- Ordering of stationery, kitchen items and consumables;
- General administration tasks and housekeeping,
- Assistance to team members as required.
What you will need to succeed
- Excellent problem solving, communication and people skills,
- Demonstrate an ability to work within a team and follow procedures,
- A high level of attention to detail,
- An intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel, MS Suite and accounting packages (Attaché experience an advantage but not essential),
- Initiative, self motivation and a "whatever it takes" attitude.
