About the role
Due to their continued growth and success, they require the services of an experienced customer service / warehouse stores person to join their team based in the western suburbs of Sydney.
In this dynamic, fast paced and highly challenging role, you will be charged with the following:
- Providing customer service over the phone and face to face
- Liaising with the sales team regarding stock and deliveries
- Receiving and dispatching stock
- Picking and packing orders
- Participating in stocktakes
- Maintaining the warehouse
As the ideal candidate and to make the transition as smooth as possible, you must possess the following key attributes:
- Previous customer service and warehouse experience within an industrial environment
- The ability to build rapport with people at all levels both internally and externally.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills
- A desire to continually learn and develop yourself.
- A Forklift licence would be ideal.
