Location: Rydalmere NSW
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle data entry requests via phone, email, and action queues, including processing contracts, updating databases, and raising install job requests.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all customer and site details.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, meeting KPIs and exceeding customer expectations.
- Document all interactions accurately and thoroughly.
- Provide knowledgeable and courteous Customer Service to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with various stakeholders, including Technicians, Subcontractors, and Sales Representatives.
Monday – Friday 8:00am - 4:00pm
