About the Job
A rewarding permanent opportunity exists for a Customer Service Representative to join our Business Service Centre. The position is an entry level role and will be based at our Head Office in Archerfield, reporting directly to the Business Service Centre Supervisor.
Key role functions include but are not limited to:
- Inbound and outbound customer telephone enquiries including product and order enquiries.
- Providing administrative and operational support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Accurate data entry of sales orders and dockets.
- Monitoring the status of orders.
- Processing credits, debits, returns and invoicing.
- Providing customers with friendly and efficient service.
About You
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to use initiative will be highly regarded. You have what it takes to meet set deadlines and targets to ensure the highest level of Customer Service is delivered. Accuracy and high attention to detail will be vital in securing this role.
Previous experience in a Customer Service role along with a working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP experience will be highly regarded.
