About the Role
Join our client's esteemed Real Estate & Projects team as a Property Paralegal in Brisbane. You'll assist with significant residential developments and transactions, working directly with a Principal on high-profile projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage large "off the plan" residential developments under supervision
- Coordinate with developers and agents on sale contract preparation
- Handle all aspects of conveyancing for developers, buyers, and sellers
- Manage client correspondence and interactions
- Communicate with internal and external clients and service providers
- 3-4 years' experience in a conveyancing paralegal role
- Proficient in handling "off-the-plan" contracts and large-scale developments
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of PEXA and PEXA projects
- Highly motivated with keen attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Team-oriented with a collaborative mindset
