Capital Transport is an Australian owned company with branches across the country. We provide flexible, client-focused transport services complemented by industry leading technology. This position will be located in our Rydalmere office close to public transport.
The Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls, booking of on-demand jobs and following up on service issues by liaising with the client, sub-contractor and radio operators. You will work closely with our team of Account Managers to identify areas for growth within portfolios, proactively contact our top clients and encourage retention through strong relationships.
Key responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Inbound and outbound Customer Service enquiries
- Client liaison to keep them informed of any delivery updates.
- Proactive monitoring of client's jobs.
- Proactive contacting of top clients.
- Making welcome calls to new and regained clients

- Flexibility to work between 6am - 6pm, Monday - Friday. (no late nights or weekend work!)
- Reliable and punctual.
- Preference will be given to applicants who have experience working in the transport industry.
