About The Role
We are looking for 2 Service superstars to join their Call Centre attached to their Waverly dealership.
- Manage inbound dealership calls regarding service appointments and bookings
- Make outbound calls to people that are due a service to get them booked in
- Work across a database for two well established brands
- Experience working in a Contact Centre – Advantageous
- Ability to build good rapport with Customers – Many of them are long term loyal Customers
- Terrific communication both written and verbal
- High attention to detail – This is important due to the high stature of the manufacturer
- Team incentive available – average around $4000 extra per year
- Career progression available – chance to move up to 2IC or to new departments
