About The Role
You will be flexible enough to be part of a team, yet have drive, and focus to work autonomously as and when required.
In this role, your primary responsibilities will be:
- Receiving and processing orders from customers via EDI, Avenue, Lucy, and manual order entry.
- Maintaining customer backorders as required.
- Liaise between customers & freight companies used by BWI.
- Provide price and availability over the phone and via email.
- Responding to customer enquiries.
- Identifying sales opportunities for follow up by Sales Representatives.
- Arranging freight for Export orders
- Raising RMAs for customers and stock returns where required
- Investigating, resolving, or escalating all customer enquires / complaints in a timely fashion.
- Relieve reception when required.
About You
You'll have experience as Customer Service professional that you can complement to our existing Customer Service team:
- Excellent phone manner
- Good organisational and interpersonal skills
- Strong Customer Service orientation
- Ability to identify sales leads
- Experience with MS Office Suite and CRM software
- Previous experience in the automotive aftermarket or electrical accessories would be an advantage
