About the position
Working at our Mornington store the purpose of the role is to offer a high level of Customer Service in a retail environment, delivering the best possible in-store experience to our customers, while assisting the team in meeting and exceeding set sales targets.
Working as a Customer Service Representative, you will.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service by assisting customers with stock enquiries and purchases, offering informed product advice.
- Actively promote and suggestive sell new and complementary products within the business.
- Assess customer enquiries and provide quotes in a timely manner.
- Assist with stock merchandising including store layout modifications, price changes, promotional ticketing, security tagging and replenishment of stock on display.
- Assist with the day to day purchasing, supporting the Inventory Controller.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills.
- Demonstrated success in working collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Hardware, retail or industrial experience (highly regarded).
