The Candidate

- Exceptional organizational abilities and prioritization skills
Your responsibilities will include:
- Answering and directing incoming calls, and taking messages
- Formatting documents for quotes and reports
- Updating spreadsheet reports
- Efficiently managing and tracking all daily work orders
- Processing invoices and preparing necessary accompanying documents (photo images, reports, quotes, etc.)
- Providing backup support to our dedicated Admin Team
