- When helping out on the reception desk you have likely interacted with homeowners and agents, meaning you know how to strike up a conversation with anyone who walks through the door.
- You are someone who always demonstrates initiative. When there are no clients at the reception desk, you might take that spare moment to do some admin tasks, tidy up the office, or ensure that your stock has been properly maintained.
Working in a small team of 5, you’ll add significant value by:
- Greeting and welcome customers into the showroom and showcase the range of stone slabs and tiles to an audience of architects, designers and high end retail clients.
- Asking appropriate and relevant questions to customers to understand their tastes, styles, ideas, budget, and timelines to provide a tailored selection of natural stone products.
- Liaising with the project stakeholders on samples, quotes and lead times in order to provide specific, relevant, and up to date information on the product.
- Coordinating sample requests, customer follow-ups, invoicing, and order updates.
- Answering incoming phone and email enquiries about the stone range.
- Maintaining the immaculate presentation of the showroom.
To be successful for this incredible opportunity you must have the following:
