ABOUT THE ROLE IN MORE DEPTH


RD Plumbing Solutions are seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join their administration team. 

RD plumbing Solutions is looking for a candidate who has the drive to make their mark on this exciting role and work on multiple projects independently with fresh ideas. 

The successful applicant will have previous administration experience, with an ability to develop digital & social media campaigns. 

Experience in the plumbing or similar trade industry would be an advantage but not essential. 

Attention to detail andhaving the ability to work in a systems focused business, working alongside the team to improve and further develop the systems. 

The Administration Specialist will be the first point of contact for the customers, and responsible for communicating regularly with the entire team. 

Exceptional communication skills are a must have. The role is fast paced and diverse, you will be instrumental in the continuing growth of the business and in undertaking daily administrative and marketing tasks.

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES


• Customer service – incoming phone calls and emails.
• General Office Administration including scheduling workflows & plumbers.
• Working with management to schedule and manage advertising and content campaigns across all social media platform
• Building, executing, monitoring, managing and optimising all campaigns.
• Analyse data to identify areas of opportunity, and communicate updates and
recommendations to improve campaign performance
• Support in the production, editing & scheduling of video content across multiple platforms
• Assist in generating and marketing testimonials efficiently
• Coordinate monthly social marketing plan reports and updates including social media posting
• Perform sales/quote enquiries.
• Scheduling of work tasks for plumbers.
• Computer data, inputting with updating stock levels.
• Ordering of materials and products.
• Other duties as directed by management
