About the role
Are you ready for a dynamic role where every day is a new challenge? We're seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! You'll be at the forefront of customer interaction, handling inquiries through various communication channels and resolving them quickly. This role requires you to navigate ERP and CRM systems, collaborating with internal teams.
What you'll do:
- First call resolution of customer enquiries.
- Manage inbound and outbound enquiries via various communication channels.
- Navigate various ERP and CRM systems.
- Communicate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer enquiries across various departments.
- Meet and exceed KPI’s and performance targets.
- Based in Alexandria Head Office, including flexibility to work across various Sydney showrooms and locations.
Who you are:
- Demonstrated experience in Customer Service, administration, retail and hospitality is essential.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Outlook.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Professional telephone manner.
- Excellent problem solving skills.
