We’re Looking For:
As a Customer Care Specialist at INSKIN COSMEDICS you will be the first point of contact for Partners (Customers) and Prospects and, as such, expected to help extend INSKIN's trademark transparency, integrity and premier customer service experience.
Your new role will include, but is not limited to, the following roles and responsibilities:
- Invoicing – Processing orders and payments
- Enquiry & Lead Management – Dealing with all incoming partner enquiries via email, telephone or through our website and allocating to appropriate next contact where necessary
- Freight and order delivery support
- Problem solving and partner management
- Support of national business development and sales team
- Office support and general administrative work
- Meeting and greeting visitors to Head Office
You Are:
- Beauty Therapist/Industry accreditation and/or experience is an added bonus
- Proficient with computers having had some experience with CRM/Account Systems (Netsuite, MYOB or similar are ideal)
- Energetic, positive and willing to get your hands dirty
- A team player with an open mind, attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- An excellent communicator particularly proficient on the phone and by email
- A bubbly personality that understands the importance of professionalism, a willingness to learn and a win-win partnership
