As a Customer Service Specialist, you are at the core of ensuring exceptional customer care and satisfaction! You will play a crucial role in fostering customer relationships, ensuring retention, and handling every inquiry with professionalism and empathy.
No previous experience is required, however, we're in search of individuals who embody authenticity, proactivity, and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

- Make follow-up calls to assist new customers.
- Guide individuals through onboarding and platform usage.
- Educate customers on efficient platform usage.
- Offer call slots for customers needing additional assistance, responding with speed and flexibility.
- Ensure that customer feedback regarding the platform is conveyed to the technical team to enhance the customer experience.
- Provide exceptional customer support through live chat, promptly addressing queries.
- Initiative and proactive nature to improve efficiency.
- Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
