Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for Stores and Reps via phone and email, providing outstanding service and support.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving for first-contact resolution.
- Assist customers with product information, orders, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service delivery.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Customer Service or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other Customer Service tools.
- Empathetic and patient demeanour with a genuine desire to help customers.
