Customer Service Specialist

As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for handling a high volume of calls, with the focus on solving problems and answering any concerns. Candidates will need to have strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills that have been developed in previous Customer Service roles.Responsibilities:

• First point of contact for resolving general inbound customer queries
• Ensuring customer expectations are not only met but are exceeded at all times
• Maintain accuracy of data in systems

• Highly organised with the ability to work as a team player
