Customer Service / Storeperson
Who are we?
Evocare Australia has been in the health industry since 1974, so nearly 50 years. We provide quality equipment and service to Hospitals, Aged Care Homes, Special Schools and In Home patients. A major part of our business involves Washer Disinfectors, Warming and Drying Cabinets, Floor and Ceiling Hoists, and Hospital and Aged Care Beds.
How will I help?
We are looking for a versatile individual to fill this unique role within our organisation. This role combines warehousing duties with Customer Service and administration functions. Located on South Pine Road, Enoggera, across the road from the state primary school, we have undercover parking and only a 5 minute walk from Enoggera railway station.
What will my day look like?
- Reception, receiving / relaying incoming calls
- Invoicing of our service management system
- Receiving incoming stock
- Manifesting orders
- Picking, packing and despatching
- Liaise with freight companies
- General office administration as required
What do I need?
- Experience in logistics and warehousing
- Computer literacy skills (full training on our system will be provided)
- Office administration experience preferred
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Ability to work autonomously
- Forklift experience preferred
