Performance Health Clinic is a private telehealth clinic that specialises in low testosterone and sexual dysfunctions. PHC has been in operation since 2017 and has an existing client base that stopped counting officially after 1500. On top of this, there are at least 500+ new patients wanting to be on boarded. PHC is seeking eager to learn Customer Service and admin super stars to assist with all facets of operation from front facing emails to back end order processing. Looking for a full time worker but happy to be flexible with times and happy with part time availability also. As the business services a niche but rapidly growing industry, there will be room for rapid growth internally within the company financially, career wise or both. Qualifications & experience
- Problem solving mentality
- Customer service focussed - I want you treating the clients like they are your friends and family
- Willingness to adapt as needed and at the drop of a hat - eg processes, software updates etc
- Must be mildly tech savvy enough to learn and navigate gmail, a payment gateway, OneDrive, Word and any software applications
- Quick and diligent learner
- Be coachable - listen to any feedback and apply changes as needed
Tasks & responsibilities
- How to process an order
- How to do a clinic letter/travel letter and any relevant supporting documentation
- How to book in a new patient in for a consult
- Light admin duties such as updating a new address, email or mobile in the system etc
- Following up on the status of existing orders on the patient’s behalf
- Manning a phone line for Customer Service, orders or new enquiries
- Calling patients for general admin duties such as updating billing details
