Customer Service Supervisor

Peries IGA is seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual with the ability to fulfill the role of Customer Service Supervisor , Part Time at our Dean Street store. 

You will be responsible for the day to day running of your assigned department whilst supporting the Store Manager in the general running of the supermarket.

The successful applicant must possess the following attributes:

• Experience in a Customer Service Supervisor position within a busy supermarket environment. Must be available to work afternoon/evening shifts and weekend evening shifts.
• Ability mentor and inspire employees to deliver a good productivity standard .
• Strong Customer Service skills and passion to provide an exceptional shopping experience
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent presentation, merchandising and stock management skills
• Ability to regularly lift up to 20kgs is an essential requirement
• Friendly, approachable and positive team player

This is a full-time position and applicants must be available to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day period which will include afternoons, evening and/or weekends and public holidays.
