Wild Earth are currently on the hunt for a dedicated and dynamic Customer Service Supervisor to oversee the Customer Service department based at their Burleigh Heads Store.
About the Role…
As Customer Service Supervisor you will ensure customers are delighted with every stage of their interaction with Wild Earth. You will inspire, support and mentor the Customer Service team in a small call centre environment, continue to find opportunities to grow and improve the department while keeping the team engaged to provide an amazing experience to our valued Wild Earth Customers. Supporting a small team of 7-8 agents rotating over a 7 day week, your responsibilities will include:
- Motivating, engaging and leading the team to achieve customer satisfaction, sales targets and department KPI’s
- Being a role model Customer Service champion in order to support the team with customer enquiries and concerns as required
- Develop rosters to ensure the team is well resourced, enabling them to provide outstanding service
- Preparing, delivering and analysing a range of Customer Service reports in order to implement process and department improvements
- Providing coaching mentoring and development opportunities to the team
- Promoting ongoing training to ensure the team have up to date product and system knowledge
About You…
Wild Earth customers like challenges and the Wild Earth team are no different. They are looking for the 'right' person, not just a qualified one, so you will need to:
- Be an experienced Customer Service Supervisor or Team Leader with at least 2 years’ experience in a Senior Customer Service Agent, or Customer Service Supervisory, position
- Have experience in a call centre environment
- Have previous success in leading and managing a high performing team
- Enjoy reporting and analysing department performance
- Be strategic and enjoy implementing change and improving processes
- Be customer-focused with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Have flexibly to work on weekends
- Have a collaborative team approach
- Be a fantastic communicator
- Be high energy and fun to work with and have a passion for all things outdoors
