We are currently looking for a highly motivated, passionate retail leader to become a Customer Service Supervisor. This is a part time, permanent position. You will be responsible for the operations of Point of sale (checkouts), ensuring that customer satisfaction is achieved through friendly service, excellent presentation, and efficiency. You may be required to work a rotational roster which may include weekends and public holidays your leadership skills will be continuously utilized as you perform your role in this fast-paced environment.
Essential Criteria
- Flexible to work rotating roster, including mornings, evenings and weekend
- High level of personal integrity and accountability
- Experience in rostering and workforce planning
- Substantial Customer Service experience
- Supervisor skills
- Cash handling experience
- Understanding of WH&S and food safety requirements
- Knowledge of smoking legislation and child labour regulations
- Able to communicate clearly and negotiate with people from different backgrounds and roles (such as suppliers, customers, or staff)
- Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example: ability to calculate hours, balancing cash register results, comprehend company policies, fill in forms)
