Pharmaceutical manufacturer is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service professional keen to expand their skills working in a Supply Chain environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and processing customer orders
- Raising Purchase orders
- Follow up on overdue orders and action updates
- Materials Planning
- Pricing analysis and review ensuring cost savings are achieved
- Reporting and Analysis
- Handling escalated calls in a professional manner
- Liaising and communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Working as part of a proactive team
Key Criteria:
· Strong ERP and CRM skills
· “Can do” attitude and willingness to learn
· Excellent interpersonal and office administration skills
· At least 2 years of Customer Service experience working in manufacturing or Supply Chain highly regarded
· Superior communication and attention to detail
