We are seeking an adept Customer Service Officer to take charge of daily Customer Service operations. This role offers a dynamic work environment where ensuring seamless communication and customer satisfaction are paramount.Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

• Previous experience in Customer Service within the Supply Chain or related industry.
• Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is a must.
• Exceptional communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Residence in or close proximity to the Eastern Suburbs of Melbourne.
