About the Role
This position offers the flexibility to be tailored as a Customer Service Officer or as a Team Lead, based on your professional background and the outcomes of our comprehensive interview assessment. You will be leading (or be a part of) an established team, with a focus on hands-on support and comprehensive training.
What will you be doing?
- Manage and develop a team (if in a Team Lead role), ensuring successful role fulfillment and career development through regular feedback.
- Build and maintain effective communication channels with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct regular reporting and analysis for informed decision-making.
- Coordinate the Canola seed portfolio, including order management, dispatch, and customer communications.
- Proactively monitor and manage the end-to-end Canola portfolio, identifying, communicating, and resolving issues as they arise.
