ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for our next superstar Customer Service Team Member to join our team on a 12 month contract! Your primary focus will be providing Customer Service support for any online and store queries and complaints. You will ensure that the Customer Service provided is timely and simplified to exceed customer expectations and provide a world class experience across all communication channels (phone, email, chat, webform). We are looking for someone who is passionate about creating positive customer experiences, so if this sounds like you, apply now!
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
Previous experience in an online Customer Service role is highly advantageous, preferably in retail
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Outstanding Customer Service, organisation and time management skills
Ability to ability to navigate queries of an urgent and sensitive nature
Zendesk CRM experience desirable but not essential
