We are currently looking for a number of Customer Service Team Members to join our iconic KIngston Store. If you have a passion for Customer Service, great communication skills, knowledge of hardware, trade and building products, a positive attitude and are willing to learn new things then we would love to hear from you. We have multiple full time, part time and casual positions available
Our specialist positions include our Trade Counter, Paint Specialist, Power Tool Specialist and General Allrounders who have had experience in the hardware, building or retail industries.
As an energetic and focused Customer Service Team Member you will:
- Provide GREAT Customer Service to each customer
- Use our point of sale system to process our customers purchases
- Ensure our retail (DIY), timber and building products are correctly displayed and ticketed
- Ensure fast turnaround of stock from pallet to shelves
- Work with your fellow Team Members to solve problems and provide solutions in our large and well organised store as they occur on a daily basis.
Successful candidates must be available to work across store trading hours as we operate a 7 day roster.
About you:
- Passionate about Customer Service & great communication skills
- Physical ability to lift and carry heavy items and work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in the building, hardware, or retail industries
- Excellent attitude to teamwork
- Ability to follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
- Have a positive, can-do attitude and be willing to learn new skills
