Job Description
- Answer incoming phone calls and close hot leads
- Attend and manage email inbox
- Allocate bookings, work orders and tasks for technicians
- Handle customer enquiries and requests
- Aftercare service including post-care calls and reports
- Administrative and book keeping duties
Job Requirements
- Professional and adaptive phone manner
- Demonstrate a flexible and ‘can do’ attitude
- Strong computer literacy with advanced google suite skills and ability to learn new systems
- Customer conflict resolution
- Ability to multitask with attention to detail
