Highly successful Online Retailer based in Bayside suburbs . Customer Service / Sales Administration. Close & supportive team. 8am - 4pm.

The Role:
Due to recent changes, they are currently seeking a committed, hardworking and team focused candidate to join their team within Sales Administration/Customer Service. This will be a busy role and you will be required to possess excellent time management, communication and problem-solving skills.
This role will be offered on a permanent full-time basis: 8am - 4pm
The Duties:

• Respond to all email and phone enquiries
• Manage customer deliveries and movement
• Process orders efficiently
• Update and maintain spreadsheets and databases
• Other administrative tasks as required

The Required Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience within a similar role - preferably in the retail sector or ecommerce
• Strong proven Customer Service experience
• Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and time management
• Work well as part of a team
