We are a small team and require the services of a reliable “self-starter”, to assist our sales and warehouse team in meeting distribution targets.
This newly created, multi -faceted position will require someone with above average Customer Service, problem solving and time management skills.
You will receive individual attention and support from our management team and the existing team, in all aspects of liaising with our customers and providing Customer Service.

Customer Service: We require someone to liaise with customers via phone, email or web-site. You will be helping customers with their enquiries and purchases, as well as, generating detailed quotations and processing orders.
Warehouse Assistant: This position will assist the warehouse team in all areas (see below for detailed description of the warehousing duties). Working in the warehouse can be quite physical at times and requires strength and endurance, to move heavy items.
Forklift license not required.
Main Duties:
- Assisting customer with enquiries and purchasing
- Answering phones and emails
- Generating quotations
- Accurately pick, pack, invoice and ship orders
- Use computer to enter records
- Receipt of incoming goods
- Laser marking of wire and cable
- Emergency Locator Transmitter (ELT) programming
- Inventory control
- Maintain a safe, clean working environment
- Stock-takes
- Other duties as requested
- Ensure Workplace Health and Safety compliance
- Follow directions from Management

To be eligible for this position, you must have an appropriate Australian work visa (if you are not a permanent resident) and a current Driver's License.
- Police clearance certificate, or willing to obtain same.
- Prepared to undergo random drug and alcohol testing.
