They are looking for someone with a proven Customer Service track record who is dedicated to proving excellent service and supporting both customers clients and stakeholders. The Role:Responding to high volumes of customer interactions by phone and email with speed and precision.Providing first contact resolution to customer enquiries.Problem solving and complaint resolution.Key account Customer Service requests.Data entry and general adhoc duties.Working within a team environment and supporting the team where required.Doing all of this within defined service levels, quality standards, timeframes, and industry standards. Your Profile:To be successful in this role, you will be someone with efficient Customer Service experience or administration experience with a passion for delivering impeccable Customer Service and developing relationships with others. You will also hold exceptional communication skills, in all areas, boast a strong work ethic and the ability to work autonomously within an innovative environment.
