About the role
- Liase with customers and suppliers over the phone and email.
- Provide relevant details of products and services offered and follow up on purchase orders.
- Enter and process orders and relevant details in the database and keep the records up to date.
- Follow up with suppliers on a regular basis.
- Perform other general and ad hoc administrative duties.
- Provide high quality service to suppliers and customers.
- Sit within a high energy and collaborative team.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is a must.
- Previous experience in the food industry highly desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a high energy and fast paced workspace.
- Ability to handle multiple and high-volume tasks.
- Intermediate in Microsoft Office with the ability to pick up new software quickly.
