This is an exciting Full Time opportunity for an Administrator based in our South Brisbane Head Office working with our construction and operations team.
The role of the Administrator is to be the main point of contact for Customers, trades and suppliers servicing our projects. Assisting CEO and Directors on day to day basis. Assisting Architect for administration work.
Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage day to day tasks/appointments etc. for the upper management
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Lodge application with different department
- Answer customer's queries
- All general office duties
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Prepare and organize construction documents.
- Ensure that designs comply with building codes, zoning laws, and regulations.
- Assist in preparing presentations for clients.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and Communication Skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
