About Sarina Golf Club: Sarina Golf Club, nestled amidst the rolling hills of Queensland, is a vibrant golfing community that values exceptional service and a love for the game. We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Service/Golf Club Attendant.

Key Attributes Required:

• RSA Certification: Must have or be willing to obtain Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Bar Experience: Familiarity with bar operations and service.

• Computer Literacy: Knowledge of the Mi Club booking system is advantageous.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Customer Service/Bar Service:
  • Provide friendly and efficient service to patrons at the bar and clubhouse.
  • Handle transactions, serve beverages, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
• Tee Time and Golf Cart Bookings:
  • Assist golfers with tee time reservations and golf cart rentals.
  • Coordinate bookings efficiently to optimize course availability.
• Food Preparation:
  • Assist in basic food preparation for the clubhouse. 
  • Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the food service area.
• Event Support:
  • Collaborate with event organizers during tournaments, social functions, and special events.
  • Help set up and manage event logistics.
• General Cleaning Duties:
  • Maintain cleanliness in the clubhouse, bar area, and golf cart fleet.
  • Regularly inspect and tidy communal spaces.
  • Weekday cleaning shifts 2 x 4hrs 

Position Details:

Weekend-Based: The position primarily involves weekend shifts. 

Weekday Shifts: Two four-hour cleaning shifts during the week.

Start Time: Must be available to start at 7:00 AM on weekdays. 8am Weekends. 

Approx 36 hours per fortnight. 

Week one: One full Saturday and one half Sunday, 2 x 4 hr weekday cleaning shifts approx. 23hrs 

Week two: One half day Sunday and 2 x 4hr weekday cleaning shifts. Approx. 13hrs

Cover weekday shifts as required. 

Remuneration:

Salary will be in line with the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award and commensurate with experience.
