- Based is Narangba
- Full time temporary opportunity with a view to go permanent.
- Paying up to $35 per hour
- Answer customer queries through phone calls and emails.
- Monitoring email inbox and sorting emails efficiently
- Processing orders from multiple channels (phone, email, website)
- Input orders, find products and check stock availability via SAP.
- Managing customer back orders upon receipt of stock
- Understand the product range and provide customers with recommendations.
- Work closely with warehouse and sales staff to provide customers accurate information for order ETA’s.
- Build strong relationships with customers and provide excellent service.
- Other general invoicing, filing and administration tasks.
Requirement for the role
- Minimum 1 year experience in customer service/Internal sales roles preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a drive to acquire new skills and understand business functions.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills with intermediate skills in MS Office
- SAP experience or familiarity with similar software is desirable.
