National Feed Solutions is an elite supplier for the thriving Australian livestock production industry, covers nationally across a number of species including Pig, Chicken, Egg Layers, Cattle, Dairy and Sheep. NFS has warehouses and trucks to delivery premium nutritional feed and feed additives to support Australian farms and feed mills in a $70 Billion+ industry.
Position is open now for a part time (3 days a week / 6-8 hours per day) plus additional time to covering other staff leaves (Ongoing Temp)
Qualifications & experience
- Good communication, organizational and literacy skills
- Ability to work in an organized manner, with changing priorities under minimum supervision and within a team environment
- Persistent in holding each task to completion
Tasks & responsibilities
- Process customer orders and purchase orders
- Provide sales assistance to customers
- Support NFS sales team in servicing and support sales activities
- Provide data entry, general secretarial and receptionist duties
- Working with MYOB Cloud Accounting Package (MYOB Advanced)
- Provide support and backup to other admin team members as required
- Uphold and promote company policy with regard to QA and WHS
