About the Role
We are currently seeking a Permanent Part TimeCustomer Services Officer.
The primary function of the Customer Services Officer role is the provision of excellence in customer service via SeaLink‘s check in and reservations process and in communicating with the marine crew.
You would be responsible for ensuring that the check in and reservations process is efficient, customer friendly and maintaining of cash till and electronic banking records. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting with reporting systems, stock levels, data entry, ordering, presentation and cleanliness of the work areas.
Customer Services Officer lead by example in delivering professional and positive passenger experiences, monitoring forward passenger numbers and ensuring they are working in a team environment.

Essential
- Experience in working within customer service or administration
- Experience in working in a fast-paced team
