ABOUT THE ROLE
An excellent opportunity is offered to those who are interested to work in customer service within the sales department. Based in Arundel. This position is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday. No Weekends! We're looking for passionate and ambitious candidates who are eager to jump in!!!
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing and growing wholesale accounts and prospecting for new clients;
- Responsible for the back order reports, making sure they are well maintained and accurate at all times;
- Handling customer complaints, returns and credits in an accurate and timely manner;
- Double checking orders for the sales team;
- Ability to sell and back up the sales team;
- Running reports for the sales team;
- Price checking orders in conjunction with the sales team;
- Backing up reception and other administration positions.
ABOUT YOU
- Friendly, positive and pleasant disposition at all times,
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills,
- Computer literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook,
- Strong attention to detail,
- Able to develop an immediate rapport with customers on the phone and in person,
- Prior experience in sales will be highly regarded;
- Current Queensland drivers license with own reliable car, and
- 2 contactable work related references
Further, the person must have a strong interest in eating a wholesome diet, be passionate about wellness and a good lifestyle.
