The role
Reporting to the Principal Information Management Officer. Your Role will be responsible for stakeholder engagement and improvement projects to improve recordkeeping business processes across the Department of Health.
The role provides divisionally dedicated engagement by supporting business areas with record keeping and Information Management processes and systems.
The successful person
You will have demonstrated:
- Demonstrated experience and skills in customer service and / or stakeholder engagement.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct and implement analysis of high value, high risks information.
- Demonstrated experience in coordinating and delivering projects to transition staff from paper based document management to a digital document management in a large organisation.
- Understanding of migration of information into an electronic Records Management system (Content Manager)
- Knowledge of recordkeeping policies, procedures and systems (Content Manager); and legislative frameworks for Information Management and Public Records.
- Excellent communication skills, including written and verbal skills, as well as good team building and networking skills.
